Mr Vac Services began over two decades ago repairing household vacuums, coffee machines and small appliances in Darwin, Northern Territory, Australia. After closing shop we continued to get calls from people who wanted repairs, parts or just advise. We tried to help as best as we could, when time permitted. A chat with Jess, a Darwin resident who really wanted her vacuum cleaner was beyond repair before binning it, led to this idea. With the current technology, a remote fix is a reality. What began as a work-shop based repair shop has now become an online coaching service that guides you step-by-step through the repair process from the comfort of your home.
